Saturdays, Spiritflow, 9:30 - 10:45 am

Join us as we experience the balance that hatha yoga brings to daily life.  The emphasis of the Hatha classes is on bringing energy and strength to the physical body, proper alignment in the poses, mental attunement to the body, the quality of the breath, and the release of tension.   Spiritflow incorporates a blend of traditional aspects of yoga. Mantra, asana, pranayama, and meditation are practiced, allowing one to tap into the spiritual beauty of yoga. Classes are geared toward all practitioners, from the basic beginner to the more experienced.   Equipment (mats, straps, blocks and blankets) will be available at each class.  Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

H.O.P.E.
H.O.P.E. stands for Haven Of Pagan Energy, and is an earth spirituality based covenant group of Ginger Hill. Our meetings are on a monthly basis to celebrate the changing of the seasons through ritual, discussion and other events pertinent to the specific celebration. We bring snacks to share and often follow with a drumming circle.  You do not have to be a church member to attend.  For further information about dates, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HOPE_covenant/.
